Experienced clinicians are given protected time away from clients each day for administration and continuous professional development (CPD). This allows you to access occupational health training and speakers via PAM Academy, so you can refine your skills and progress your career and interests. We also provide financial assistance to colleagues pursuing university placements.

T-levels and apprenticeships
We’re proud to offer ten occupational health t-levels a year as part of our comprehensive occupational health training. Equivalent to three A-levels, these T-levels are tuned to the changing needs of our industry to help us maintain a pioneering workforce. We also provide apprenticeships that allow participants to immerse themselves in our industry and gain hands-on experience and mentoring.
Our approach to occupational health management referrals
As our centre of excellence through learning, PAM Academy supports PAM to continually uphold our clinical excellence in everything we do. By managing all our inductions, occupational health training, PAM Academy ensures we embed clinical excellence from the outset.
Over the past few years, we’ve brought over fifty people into the occupational health profession and sponsored over 100 employees to obtain vocational qualifications. By growing talent and providing outstanding occupational health training to broaden skills, we are creating a workforce fit for the future.
To have a successful occupational health career, employees must not only have clinical expertise but also commercial expertise. That’s why PAM Academy also empowers employees to develop non-clinical skills, including leadership, presenting, and writing skills.
PAM Group is leading the way when it comes to occupational health training. We were recently recognised as a finalist for course of the year, and all our trainers have professional training qualifications. PAM Academy also has trainers who sit on external occupational health boards and are external examiners.
