Neurodiversity Support for Employers and Education
Practical Neurodiversity Support for Workplaces and Education
Many organisations want to support neurodivergent people well but are not always sure where to start. Neurodiversity covers a wide range of cognitive differences, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other learning differences. Each person’s experience is unique, which is why a one-size-fits-all approach rarely works.
PAM Group delivers practical, evidence-based neurodiversity support for employers and education providers across the UK. We help organisations understand individual needs, remove barriers to performance, and put the right support in place.
Our services are designed to be realistic, tailored, and outcome focused. Whether supporting an employee in the workplace or a student in higher education, the goal is the same: enable people to work and study in ways that suit how their brains work, while helping organisations build inclusive, high-performing environments.
The wide range of proactive wellbeing support on offer is supporting our workforce to be as healthy as they can be and making employees feel valued.

Our Neurodiversity Services
Identify the specific tasks, environments, or workflows that may be creating challenges for a neurodivergent employee. Our assessments provide clear, practical recommendations and reasonable adjustments that help individuals perform at their best while supporting business needs. These assessments are tailored to the individual and their role, ensuring support is relevant and realistic.
Managers play a key role in supporting neurodiversity at work. Our training helps managers understand common neurodivergent conditions, recognise when someone may need support, and respond appropriately. The focus is on building confidence, improving communication, and creating psychologically safe teams.
We support organisations to develop neuro-inclusive policies, processes, and workplace cultures. This can include reviewing current practices, advising on reasonable adjustments, and helping organisations align neurodiversity support with wider diversity and inclusion strategies.
Assistive technology can remove barriers and improve productivity for many neurodivergent people. We provide guidance on suitable tools and software, along with support for implementation. Recommendations are based on individual needs rather than trends or generic solutions.
Coaching provides personalised support to help neurodivergent employees develop strategies that work for them. This can include organisation skills, communication approaches, and confidence building. Coaching is practical, structured, and focused on real workplace situations.

Ongoing Support
Providing continued guidance and review so support remains effective as roles and needs evolve.
Neurodiversity Support for Education and Students
We support universities and tertiary education providers with neurodiversity services and assistive technology. This includes needs assessments, assistive technology guidance, and practical support to help students succeed in their studies.
PAM Group also supports students through Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) funded support. DSA provides funding for specialist equipment, software, and training for students with disabilities or learning differences, based on individual needs rather than household income.
Through our specialist provider, Assistive IT, we supply recommended assistive technology, set it up correctly, and provide training and ongoing support so students can use it effectively.
The aim is simple: reduce study barriers and help students succeed in higher education.
