Our wide range of workplace physiotherapy solutions includes training, workplace assessments and ergonomic equipment to prevent and manage pain. While our early intervention rehabilitation services are based on the latest clinical best practice to help those off sick return to work.
Provide employees with 24/7 access to one of the UK’s most established Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP).

Chief Executive, PAM Group
Chris is responsible for setting the strategic direction of PAM Group to maximise its potential. He brings a wealth of knowledge to PAM having been CEO for Public and Private Equity invested businesses across multiple sectors, including healthcare.

Chief Finance Officer, PAM Group
As chief finance officer, Andy is responsible for driving financial and operational performance across the PAM Group. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), he has substantial experience gained from financial leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, SSL International and Eque2.

Managing Director, PAM OH (PAM Group)
Nicola is the managing director for the occupational health business at PAM Group. She takes pride in steering the senior leadership team in all elements of operational excellence, governance and growth. A particular focus is the importance of culture and leadership dynamics for preventing sickness absence.

David is our head of psychological services and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). He is committed to helping employers deliver meaningful change when it comes to proactively managing mental health.

Dr Yew is PAM Group’s medical director and head of clinical governance. He is a recognised thought-leader for our industry and an accredited specialist in occupational health medicine. He brings over 20 years’ cross-industry experience and is responsible for overseeing our clinical delivery, strategy and quality.

PAM Group delivery options
PAM Group provides services to many different clients, so we recognise the need for a flexible approach to service delivery.
Complete range of telephone and secure video conferencing covering management referrals, physiotherapy and psychological services, triage and advice lines.
We provide fixed onsite clinics, operating as an internal department within your organisation, or we can visit your locations on an ad-hoc basis whenever you need us.
Access to an expanding number of clinics throughout the UK, as well as a managed community network comprising more than 600 independent associates.
Our specialist vans can be powered by a generator, without geographical restrictions, and include screening equipment, water supply, air conditioning & heating.
