Account Management
PAM Assist will provide you with a dedicated account manager, who will provide you with any information you require about the EAP service. They will be involved with raising the awareness and usage of PAM Assist so if your colleagues need help, they know where to call. PAM Assist offers you 24-hour telephone support; you will also receive marketing materials, such as brochures, leaflets, posters and videos.
