We provide services to many different clients and we realise that different clients have different needs. For this reason, we offer a flexible approach to service delivery, incorporating a range of delivery methods:
We provide fixed onsite clinics, operating as an internal department within your organisation or we can visit your locations on an ad-hoc basis whenever you need us.
We provide access to an expanding number of clinics throughout the UK as well as a managed community network comprising more than 600 independent associates.
We offer a range of telephonic services covering management referrals, physiotherapy triage, psychological therapies, advice lines and systems support.
All our services are accessed using our internally developed online platform OHIO, which provides a secure central hub to manage your employee health records and all service activity. We also provide a range of online health & wellbeing resources.
Our 4G enabled units are designed to replicate the clinic environment. They can be powered by mains or by onboard generator, so there are no geographical restrictions, and are equipped with an audio booth, screening equipment, WC, water supply, vaccination fridge, patient couch, air conditioning & heating.
As an integrated feature of our OHIO system we provide online consultations & therapy for employees benefiting from face-to-face contact but unable or advised not to travel. Unlike most mainstream video chat providers, our system has been developed for healthcare purposes and is secure.
